Terms of Service
The rules for using loudfire.xyz, the manager bot and the worker fleet. Last updated October 2026.
1. What Loudfire is
Loudfire provides hosted tooling for Discord accounts and servers: destructive server utilities, rich presence, music playback, automation and security modules. Every module runs from configuration you supply and is executed by our worker layer against your own credentials.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and the lawful owner of every Discord account, bot token and server you connect. Your account is created from your Discord identity. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your session and API keys.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Loudfire to attack servers or users you do not own or administer, to harass people, to evade Discord enforcement, to distribute malware, or to break any law that applies to you. Self-bot tooling breaches Discord's Terms of Service; you accept that risk and any resulting account action.
4. Premium and keys
Premium is delivered as a single-use key minted by the S400 manager bot or the owner console. Keys activate instantly against the database. Sharing, reselling or brute-forcing keys is prohibited and may result in permanent removal of access without refund.
5. Service level
We aim for continuous availability of the dashboard, worker fleet and Lavalink routing, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. Discord outages, Lavalink node failures, YouTube throttling and host maintenance can interrupt tools. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate any account that abuses the worker fleet, attempts to extract other users' data, or destabilises the platform. Bans are recorded in the audit log and enforced by both the site and the worker layer.
7. Changes
These terms can be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the Discord. Continuing to use Loudfire after a change means you accept the updated terms.
